We have invited children of close friends and family,  we really want the day to be fun for children also! We will actually be having a 'wedding creche' to help keep little ones entertained and enjoying themselves while mummies and daddies party away.. More information on this can be found by scrolling down the page.

The ceremony starts at 1pm so please arrive before 12:45pm. The reception for evening guests will start from 7pm

This is a lovely pub in a nearby village to Hengrave, it has 7 en-suite bedrooms and has very kindly reserved them all for our wedding guests for the night before (8.4.22) and the night of (9.4.22) the wedding!  The rooms are £90 a night and include breakfast also. Please mention you are staying for our wedding to book.

All Saints have very kindly reserved us rooms at a preferential rate for the night before (8.4.22) and the night of (9.4.22) the wedding! 
These rooms are £120 a night and include breakfast, gym & swim. The hotel is  a 3 minute drive from Hengrave. It's a really beautiful spa hotel with pool, gym and golf course also
They have Z-beds and Cots available as well as family rooms and interconnecting rooms
There are not that many rooms available so go ahead and book quickly please! 
In October the hotel will release any reserved rooms not booked for general booking, so book before October to be guaranteed the discount. 
When you book, please mention you are staying for our wedding (ref 044591) or they won't be able to offer you the discount!   Booking deposit is £50

The Three Kings - Inn, Hengrave Road, Fornham All Saints, Bury Saint Edmunds, UK
This is a pretty little pub, right at the bottom of the Hengrave Hall estate drive.  They have 9 en-suite bedrooms available from £96 a night including breakfast.
I would recommend booking a room early to avoid missing out

This bed and breakfast has 3 rooms available from £75 per night and is a 10 minute drive from Hengrave Hall.

At Hengrave there is a wonderful childrens play room that is kitted out with fun and games for the smallies. 
We have found a wonderful company called All Events Childcare that will be sending some professional Wedding Nursery Nurses who will be able to keep the little ones occupied throughout the day. (All are CRB checked and to ofsted ratios) 
The wedding creche will run from 2pm to 7pm with an option for bedtime babysitting after 7pm.

The team will be ready for 2pm after the ceremony has finished and will have set up some wonderful activities and games outside if the weather permits but inside also.

After meeting you and the children they can keep them entertained throughout the afternoon and evening, with crafts, kiddie photo booth, games, dancing and more!
The children can also have their food picnic style in the playroom if they would prefer to not be sat up at the table during the wedding breakfast.

The wedding creche is entirely optional, so if you would prefer to keep your children with you that is absolutely fine.
The children will all have seats set for them at the tables with their parents so they can sit and eat with you if they would prefer to and can pop in and out as they please. 

After 7pm some of the wedding nannies will be staying with us at Hengrave until midnight to offer 'bedtime babysitting' for Russell and some of the other children.
They will be doing a settle down film and will have individual mini airbeds and blankets to get the children all snuggled up, If you are staying at Hengrave, this can be done in your room instead so you don't need to move them later.

If you would like them to continue with your child after 7pm please let me know asap and I can let you know the cost of this, I expect it to be around £25-30 per child.
